VACATION NOTIFICATION

** this also includes 3-5 business day collection cupwraps **

ALL CUSTOM orders that NEED to be shipped before we go away on vacation MUST be ordered by this MONDAY 07/28… this will give us Tuesday and Wednesday to print those customs for shipment by Thursday before our RTS drop.

Any customs/3-5 wraps ordered after that date 7/29 Tuesday will not ship til we are back from vacation after that following drop as the drop will take PRIORITY when we return. This will put TAT AT 10-12 business days to be safe for both DTF and UV DTF!

Basically from 7/29-8/7 customs will be available for purchase but be on hold! Those customs between those two dates will not begin to be printed til 8/9 after the RTS drop on 8/7 when we return from vacation. That means customs between those dates above will not start shipping til 8/11-8/13!!

After that we will be caught up and back to normal TAT.

IReturns and Exchanges

All Sales are FINAL. We do not accept cancellations returns or exchanges for any reason. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if you receive the wrong item or missing an item. All transfers are NON REFUNDABLE!! If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay shipping again in order for us to reship this back to you.

Shipping policy

All UV DTF, screen-print transfers, and smaller READY TO SHIP items AI: keychains, pens, and lids will ship NEXT DAY via USPS. All glassware / tumblers and Sublimation Transfer orders are 1-4 business days. All CUSTOM UV DTF orders are 3-5 business days this includes uv dtf gang sheets and 3-5 TAT wrap collection. ALL DTF singles and gang sheets are 5-7 business days. If you order customs and ready to ship items in the same order you’re ready to ship items will NOT ship until your custom order is ready!!! All RTS orders placed on Friday after 9am EST will go out Monday.

**GANG SHEETS** must be ordered separately from everything else as they are shipping in special long boxes**. Gang sheets will now be shipped VIA UPS ONLY!!
