IReturns and Exchanges
All Sales are FINAL. We do not accept cancellations returns or exchanges for any reason. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if you receive the wrong item or missing an item. All transfers are NON REFUNDABLE!! If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay shipping again in order for us to reship this back to you.
Shipping policy
All UV DTF, screen-print transfers, and smaller READY TO SHIP items AI: keychains, pens, and lids will ship NEXT DAY via USPS. All glassware / tumblers and Sublimation Transfer orders are 1-3 business days. All CUSTOM UV DTF orders are 1-3 business days. ALL DTF singles and gang sheets are 5-7 business days. If you order customs and ready to ship items in the same order you’re ready to ship items will NOT ship until your custom order is ready!!! All RTS orders placed on Friday after 9am EST will go out Monday.
**GANG SHEETS** must be ordered separately from everything else as they are shipping in special long boxes**. Gang sheets will now be shipped VIA UPS ONLY!!
